The Best Fish Tacos you will ever eat

I find that most people deep fry the fish in their fish tacos. This is a nice healthy alternative that will leave you happy

What you need

Tilapia filet

Pico de Gallo

Lime Juice

Avocado

Flour Tortilla

Garlic Powder

Pepper

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  2. Sprinkle Garlic Powder and pepper while the oven preheats
  3. Cook the fish for 30-35 minutes
  4. Cut the avocado into bite size pieces
  5. cut the fish into pieces
  6. Turn the skillet to max and place tortilla there for five seconds.
  7. Place Fish and avocado in tortilla
  8. Add a squeeze of lime juice
  9. Add a spoonful of pico de Gallo
  10. Serve with a glass of lemonade on a nice summer day (optional)
